Terms of Service

Effective October 4, 2026 · Applies to petviome.com and the PetViome app

By using PetViome you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

PetViome helps you keep your pets' health records, see lab and wearable data, estimate their age, book vets and talk to an AI health assistant. Some features are in early access and may change or stop working while we improve them.

2. Not veterinary advice

Information in PetViome, including the AI assistant, the Health Score and the age clock, is general guidance and an estimate. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment, and it does not replace a veterinarian. In an emergency, go to a veterinary clinic right away. Never give your pet human medicines without a vet's advice.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on it. Give accurate information about your pets. You must be an adult, or have permission from one, to use PetViome.

4. Your content

You own the data and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete them at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no illegal content, no attempts to access other people's data, no automated scraping, and no use of the AI assistant to produce content unrelated to pet health or that could harm others.

6. Third-party services

Vets, clinics, labs and insurers you reach through PetViome (for example BCI Seguros) provide their services under their own terms and are responsible for them. Prices and availability shown in the app may change.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PetViome is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in Chile.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Questions: fjaltimiras@gmail.com.

Términos de servicio

Al usar PetViome aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.

1. El servicio

PetViome te ayuda a llevar la ficha de salud de tus mascotas, ver datos de laboratorio y del collar, estimar su edad, agendar veterinarios y conversar con un asistente de salud con IA. Algunas funciones están en acceso anticipado y pueden cambiar.

2. No es consejo veterinario

La información de PetViome, incluido el asistente, el Health Score y el reloj de edad, es orientativa y estimada. No es un diagnóstico ni un tratamiento y no reemplaza a un médico veterinario. En una urgencia, ve de inmediato a una clínica. Nunca le des medicamentos humanos a tu mascota sin indicación veterinaria.

3. Tu cuenta y tu contenido

Inicias sesión con Google y eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta. Los datos y fotos que agregas son tuyos; nos autorizas a guardarlos y procesarlos solo para darte el servicio, según nuestra Política de privacidad.

4. Uso aceptable y terceros

No uses el servicio para fines ilegales, para acceder a datos de otros ni para extraer información de forma automatizada. Veterinarios, clínicas, laboratorios y aseguradoras (por ejemplo BCI Seguros) prestan sus servicios bajo sus propios términos.

5. Responsabilidad, cambios y contacto

El servicio se entrega "tal cual". En la medida que la ley lo permita, PetViome no responde por daños indirectos ni por decisiones tomadas con información de la app, sin perjuicio de tus derechos según la ley chilena de protección al consumidor.
